Our commitment is to provide you with the highest level of jewellery care services. Moochacha experts in our showroom will be delighted to offer you advice and services to preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery.

Should you have any questions or need more information regarding our services, we invite you to contact our Customer Service or to make a reservation to visit our showroom.

 

Jewllery Care Service

MOOCHACHA offers one year warranty and a variety of Jewellery Care Services. You may bring your jewellery purchased from us and its Certificate of Authenticity to our showroom for the following Complimentary Services (subject to the terms and conditions set out below).

 

Complimentary Services

  1. First time ring resizing
  2. Repair and refinishing within warranty period
  3. Cleaning

For other services, please contact our Customer Service.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • A fee will be charged if additional material or accessory is required.
  • Depending on the design, compositions or damage condition of the jewellery, it may not be suitable for resizing or repair.
  • During resizing or repair process, there may be metal loss of jewellery piece.
  • Jewellery Care Service may be amended or updated from time to time. Such services will be provided in accordance with the latest terms in force.
  • If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

Guidelines for Return & Exchange of Merchandise

MOOCHACHA offers you return of merchandise purchased from our online store (subject to all relevant terms and conditions). 

 

Return& Exchange

Item(s) can be returned within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) to be returned must meet Original Purchase Condition. Refund will be credited to the original payment method. Delivery fee, tax and duties are non-refundable. You will be obliged to pay for the return shipping cost, duties and taxes for the returned merchandise.

No exchange will be allowed.

“Original Purchase Condition” means that the merchandise is:

  • still in its original packaging with Receipt and Certificate of Authenticity;
  • unworn, unused, unaltered and in the condition originally purchased; and
  • not damaged in any way

The decision as to whether the merchandise is in “Original Purchase Condition” shall be determined solely by MOOCHACHA and its decision shall be final.

 

Handling of Accompanying Items

Replacement fee will be charged if the certificate, packaging and/or the free promotional gift are/is not returned together with the merchandise.

If the purchase is subject to any applicable laws or regulations, and there exists inconsistencies between such applicable laws or regulations and our policy, the applicable laws and regulations shall prevail.
