In general, MOOCHACHA accept returns within 7 days if the jewellery is returned in original purchase conditions.

For standard orders, you’ll see MOOCHACHA’s elegantly branded gift packaging, including a certificate for each piece.

Custom designed merchandise, special ordered items with engravings or personalized information cannot be returned.

Our commitment is to provide our customer with the highest level of jewellery care services, we offer 1-year warranty. The warranty does not include normal wear or tear and damages incurred due to trauma, negligence, lack of regular maintenance, loss, or theft.

Jewellery Care

For daily care and a simple cleaning at home, please follow MOOCHACHA’s Care and Maintenance guide.

No surface finish is permanent. Daily wear leads to small scratches on the surface is common. The accumulation of this wear will eventually make a polished jewellery look less polished. If you would like to refresh the polished finish of your jewellery, please book an appointment to MOOCHACHA’s showroom.

MOOCHACHA provides first time ring resizing, cleaning and repair and refinishing within warranty period. A fee will be charged if additional material or accessory is required. And depending on the design, compositions or damage condition of the jewellery, it may not be suitable for resizing or repair.
